Samantha is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM), is listed on the HASANZ Register as a Health and Safety Professional and is an Accredited SafePlus Assessor.
With well over 10 years experience in the Construction and Infrastructure industries, prior to starting Coordinate Ltd in 2015, Sam understands the need for Health and Safety Systems which work at the coalface
Sam holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Health Science, and Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (as well as papers in Industrial Innovation and Improvement, Lean and Agile Manufacturing and Product Flow).

Sam thrives on getting stuck in - her returning customers and referrals are a testament to the trust and confidence clients have in her and the work that she does.
Oliver Howe
H&S Consultant
Ollie has had a long history in the realm of health and safety.
From his early days as a surf lifeguard to becoming a rock-climbing instructor, managing a high-risk adventure tourism business, working on big-budget TV shows in both safety and stunt departments, and delving into construction/manufacturing. He knows how to keep people safe.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BCom), specialising in Commercial Law and International Business, and a Diploma in Adventure Tourism Management. He also holds NEBOSH’s International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

Serena White

Having worked in a variety of office management and administrative roles for the past 20 years, Serena brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Coordinate.
Although her first time working in a Health and Safety environment, she relishes the opportunity to upskill and dive headfirst into any new task.
With her fine attention to detail, excellent communication skills and positive and friendly attitude, and is a welcome new member to the Coordinate team.

Lucy is easily the most popular member of the Coordinate team.
With her bright eyes and bushy tail it is hard for people to not love her.
She loves visiting the office to supervise and when the work day gets too much for her you will find her asleep on the company couch.
